Ramadan Prayer Campaign
Open Doors plans to mobilize Christians from all over the world to pray for Muslims during the month of Ramadan. At a time when Muslims are seeking God the most through prayer and fasting, we hope to start an international movement of Christians in prayer for the Muslim world.

Can you envision it? 100,000 Christians praying for Muslims? 200,000 Christians on their knees for the lost? We believe that prayer can impact the world, and our intention is to provide you with detailed prayer needs, photos, testimonies, and other helps so that you will pray with us, and that your prayers may be effective and powerful!

This year Ramadan begins on July 20 and runs through August 18. We will share more details of this campaign with you later this year, so please check back with us.

In the meantime, please consider reading the 30 Day Muslim Prayer Focus. It will guide you in many ways toward praying on behalf of Muslims. As you pray, you'll find your heart softened, and discover a love for those that are lost.


May Prayer Emphasis: Syria

Pray for the leaders of the Church that they will stay in the country even though the situation is so bad that many Christians only want to get out and not even take anything with them. Pray that these leaders will be empowered to be leaders in this difficult time.

Pray that the children of the Church will experience Jesus in such a way that their light will guide others to Him.

Pray that the Church will continue to function and that they will take care of the needy. Pray that the leadership of the church will not be political but true servants of the Syrian people.

Please pray for the young people, that the Holy Spirit will work in young people's lives and change them radically for His glory.

The turmoil continues endlessly. People cannot trust anybody anymore. Pray that people will be able to love one another regardless of political leanings.
